Yiwu Xinnan has become a professional wholesaler of environmentally friendly products, reducing packaging waste and transportation emissions. In addition, all of our products are made from eco-friendly or recyclable fibers.

Yiwu Xinnan sources raw fibers, produces blanks, and completes further processing locally. Once all manufacturing processes are complete, our products are sent directly from the factory to our customers. We aim to support the local circular economy and reduce unnecessary carbon waste.

Yiwu Xinnan seeks to improve the efficiency of energy use. We have made a significant financial investment in our boiler house, with a focus on long-term priorities. We have now upgraded the factory's steam system for dyeing, drying, sizing and printing to a state-of-the-art, cleaner fuel burner, reducing usage by at least 12%.

Yiwu Xinnan has always prioritized the development and innovation of textile technology. We also tend to fund cutting-edge technologies that contribute to sustainable development. For example, Xinnan has realized the complete adoption of environmentally friendly dyes and inks. In addition, we are experimenting with steam degumming technology for the production of brittle silk, reducing the use of alkali.

Yiwu Xinnan Garment Co., Ltd. has never experienced overproduction since its inception. We offer fabric and product customization services, powering the production line only on order. This minimizes chemical and fabric waste.

Yiwu Xinnan's factory is equipped with a water recycling system to minimize water consumption and treat wastewater. We work with local water authorities to ensure that wastewater is properly treated and disposed of.

Yiwu Xinnan has worked hard to develop various recycling programs and has achieved some results. For example, we have developed a recycling system for the core of fabric paper tubes. We use only biodegradable and compostable paper tubes in our packaging and have developed a series of policies to recycle them.
